As a graduate of California State University Fullerton’s Masters program in Counseling, my focus is on helping clients in the areas of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Everyone has a story. It is our life struggles and challenges which present us with the unique opportunity to grow, learn, and become stronger individuals. I believe we are all experts on ourselves and posses the necessary tools and resources for self-understanding and change. It is my goal to help you uncover those tools and resources to help you build a more satisfying and enjoyable life.
In addition to seeing private clients, I also volunteer as a therapist at a community based non-profit shelter in Orange County helping individuals, couples, and families.
Prior to becoming a therapist I worked several years in in the legal field. I currently live in Orange County, California with my husband and two children. In my spare time I enjoy reading, the outdoors, and time with my family and Golden Retriever, Bentley.
